At least two people are dead and more than 20 injured in two explosions at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. A runner from Toronto, one of more than two-thousand Canadians taking part in the race, describes "really, really bloody'' victims being pulled into the medical tent. No runners from Woodstock, or other Oxford centres are listed as runners. News footage of the chaos shows blood stained pavement in the popular shopping and tourist area known as the Back Bay, as smoke rises from the blast site. The Boston Marathon says via Facebook the explosions were caused by bombs and that organizers are working with authorities to determine what happened. Police have also confirmed a third explosion has taken place, at JFK Library, but no injuries resulted from that blast. Keep tuned to Heart FM for more details as they become available.
