74 year old Beverly Coveny of St Marys has died after a head on collision in Mapleton Township.
A head on collision in Mapleton Township had left two drivers dead at the scene, including man from St Marys.
Wellington OPP along with Mapleton Fire and Guelph EMS responded to the call Saturday afternoon.
Officers say 38 year old Trevor Vollett of Arthur was driving a 2017 Jeep Compass north on County Road 12, when he went over a hill and collided with a 2015 Ford Explorer travelling south in the northbound lanes. The Ford was towing a trailer at the time and it was being driven by 74 year old Beverly Coveny of St Marys.
A female passenger of the Ford was airlifted to a London hospital and remains in critical but stable condition.
