Two separate incidents in Norfolk resulted in liquor related charges for some drivers from Oxford County.
NORFOLK - Two men from Oxford were slapped with liquor related charges in Norfolk.
The separate incidents happened over the weekend.
On Saturday June 25th around 8:23 p.m. police received a concerned citizen's report after two men had a heated argument with employees at Sarasota's. The two men then climbed into a vehicle and left the area. When police caught up with them, they determined the 40 year old driver from Oxford County was driving over the legal limit. He'll appear in court at a later date to answer to the charge.
And on Sunday June 26th at 2:24 p.m. Norfolk OPP pulled over a 40 year old man from Tillsonburg during a R.I.D.E. check at Forestry Farm Road and Lynedoch Road. It was then they discovered an open container of liquor. The driver was issued a Provincial Offence Notice.
