OPP are investigating two separate incidents in Norfolk County.
NORFOLK COUNTY - Norfolk OPP are investigating the theft of a 2005 Black GMC Sierra they believe was taken sometime between December 22nd and the 30th. Police say the incident happened at a St.Johns Road West address in Charlotteville in Norfolk County
Meanwhile, early New Years Morning around 2:38, OPP received a call about two males who entered a pick up truck, and damaged the ignition in an attempt to steal it.The attempted theft happened on Jenkins Road in Norfolk County. The two men were seen leaving the scene in a blue Chevy Equinox after the owner of the truck spotted the men and scared them off.
Police are continuing to investigate both of these incidents. Norfolk OPP are encouraging anyone with information to come forward and contact them or to contact Crime Stoppers.
