City Council approved the sale of 2.7 acres of land to Viewcon Construction this week. The land is in CommerceWay Business Park, and the parcel is just East of the Leon's Warehouse. City Development Commissioner Len Magyar says "they're going to build a building for their own purposes." The estimated sales price of the land was 110 thousand dollars. Magyar expects excavation of a new building to begin within the month.
