ZORRA TOWNSHIP - The Township of Zorra is looking for more volunteer firefighters.
It's going to host two open houses at the Thamesford Fire Station, so those who are interested can learn more about what the job entails and pick-up an application package.
The first will be on Wednesday September 1st and the next one will be on Wednesday September 15th. Both open houses will start at 7:00 p.m.
It's recommended that you bring your loved ones with you, so they can also understand how being a volunteer firefighter would affect your personal life.
All application packages must be sent to Fire Chief Deanna Kirwin by Thursday September 30th at 4:30 p.m. Her e-mail address is dkirwin@zorra.ca.
