Renovations are underway at the former Zellers in the Tillsonburg Town Centre. The space is getting ready for Walmart to move in. It's a move that the town's mayor John Lessif says will benefit all business downtown. "For Walmart to come into our downtown core, to me it's an added feature for all of the merchants in our downtown because they will bring an increase of traffic into the downtown. When you're in the retail business, it's the traffic that generates more sales," said Lessif. He predicts that the store will be set to open sometime in November.
