OXFORD COUNTY - Oxford County Warden David Mayberry talks with Heart FM's Marcie Culbert about tax policy By-laws, surplus land and a new operating agreement with Inn Out Of The Cold.
Mayberry discusses a new tax policy by-laws, after council voted to change the farm tax ratio to 0.235.
Council is also set to declare a parcel of land adjacent to Woodingford Lodge surplus, so a new affordable housing development could be built there in the future.
The county's operating agreement with Inn Out of the Cold could also be amended Wednesday night, so it can be offered on a year-round basis.
