The Woodstock Wildcats are still 14-thousand dollars in the hole, one year after catching a treasurer with his hand in the cookie jar. Sunday night, the Wildcats held their Annual General Meeting, which showed, despite being paid back 45-thousand dollars that was stolen by Peter Williams, there's still money unaccounted for. The 14-grand is owed to the city for ice time, to which city council agreed last year to a repayment plan. Williams pleaded guilty to fraud and was sentenced to just 1-month of house arrest. His family paid back money that could be traced back to cheques Williams wrote to himself, while he was the Wildcats treasurer. This year's treasurer, Darlene Jauernig, reported a surplus for the past year at Sunday night's AGM.
