WITAAR sold 156 units in August with the average home priced at $690,344.
OXFORD COUNTY - The numbers for August 2023 are out for the Woodstock Ingersoll Tillsonburg and Area Association of Realtors.
Last month there were 156 homes sold through WITAAR, which was an increase of 13.9% from the same month in 2022. The average price for a home that was sold came in at $690,344 and accounted for an increase of 13.9% from last year.
The total dollar value of homes sold this year in August came in at $107.7 million and was up by 29.7% from the same time frame in 2022.
New listings were up 4%, as 288 new residential listings went on the market this year in August, which was the largest number of new listings for the month in 15 years.
