Woodingford Lodge in Woodstock is gearing up for their annual vintage car show.
Woodingford Lodge residents in Woodstock will take a trip back in time during the long term care home's annual car show.
Approximately 25 vintage vehicles will be parked outside of Woodingford's front entrance this year.
Joan Simpson, Coordinator of Resident Programs and Services says the show always brings back a lot of memories for the residents.
"They maybe had the same type vehicle and have discussions about how much they paid for their first vehicle or how much the cost of gas was at the time. All kinds of things flood back when they are looking at the vehicles."
Simpson adds it's more than just a car show.
"Residents, staff, family members and friends all enjoy the carnival type atmosphere and hotdogs and entertainment are all a part of the evening as well."
This Fridays show will be free to attend and it will take place between 6:30pm and 7:30pm.
