A 28-year-old from Woodstock was charged with excessive speeding and failure to surrender their license.
Woodstock - A 28-year-old Woodstock resident has been charged with speeding over 50 km past the speed limit.
Last Tuesday, on July 5th, police issued the ticket on Perth Line 43 after they were found going 135 in an 80km/h zone.
They were charged with stunt driving and failure to surrender their license.
The car was impounded for two, with a 30-day driving suspension. Drivers going over 50 km/h over the speed limit in Ontario, can face a minimum $2000 fine and 6 demerit points.
