It's now a lot easier to order food during a stay at the Woodstock Hospital.
WOODSTOCK - Patients at Woodstock Hospital can now order meals through their TVs.
The hospital says the CBORD app has been installed into the free patient TVs. The app includes a list of meal options and each TV will have the patients dietary requirements, so the menu can be customized to meet their needs.
The CBORD app also includes pictures with the meal options, so you know exactly what you're getting.
The hospital started using the CBORD app last year, but it was only available through smartphones at first. Staff members still visit the patients for meal orders and help them use the CBORD system if need be.
