Police responded to a call for a man exposing himself and urinating in public twice in the area of Park Row and Mill Street on Monday.
WOODSTOCK - Police responded to a call for a man exposing himself and urinating in public twice in the area of Park Row and Mill Street.
Upon arrival on Monday, the man was located and arrested for public intoxication.
The arrest wasn't all that smooth, during the arrest, the male became verbally and physically aggressive, and punched the officer.
The 33 year old man has been charged with Indecent Act in a Public Place, Assault with intent to resist arrest, and Being intoxicated in a public place.
Police waited for the man to sober up before releasing him.
