A 34 year old man was arrested Monday in Woodstock on charges of uttering death threats, B&E, destroying property and mischief under $5,000.
WOODSTOCK - A 34 year old man from Woodstock is facing a number of charges after he was picked up on an outstanding warrant on Monday afternoon.
Police arrested the man on Pittock Park Road around 2:50 p.m. They say he was also a suspect in a recent break and enter investigation.
The man was charged with 3 counts of fail to comply with probation, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, 2 counts of Break and Enter to a home, 2 counts of mischief to destroy or damage property and mischief under $5,000.
Police did not release the mans name.
