Multiple charges were laid after the Woodstock Police observed a suspended driver on City streets.
WOODSTOCK - Multiple charges have been laid after a traffic incident in Woodstock.
Police saw a vehicle on December 22nd at 3:20 p.m. being driven by a suspended driver on Dundas Street, who was arrested a short time later. Officers searched the vehicle and found suspected cocaine and ammunition, and further investigation found the driver to be under a probation order prohibiting them from being in possession of ammunition.
As a result, a 53-year-old Woodstock man is facing charges of driving while under suspension, possession of a Schedule I substance - Cocaine, and failure to comply with a probation order.
He will appear in court at a later date.
