A pair of incidents have lead to charges from Woodstock Police
WOODSTOCK - A recovered stolen vehicle has led to charges.
Last Thursday, members of the WPS Drug Enforcement and Criminal Intelligence Unit noticed a reportedly stolen vehicle leaving the city. Multiple units within the London Police Service help with the arrests as the suspects were taken into custody in the east end of London.
As a result, a 33 and 35-year-old of London have been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, while the 33-year-old is also facing charges of operation while prohibited under the criminal code, and failure to comply with a probation order.

WOODSTOCK - A search warrant was executed in Woodstock.
Today, multiple units within the Woodstock Police Service executed the warrant as part of a drug trafficking investigation. During the warrant police seized an approximate street value of $3740 worth of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and oxycodone in addition to $1047 in Canadian money.
A 39-year-old Woodstock woman was arrested and charged and is facing two counts of possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – opioid (other than heroin), one count of possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, one count of possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking - methamphetamine, one count of possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, and one count of fail to comply with probation order.
Also, a 41-year-old Woodstock resident was taken into custody as a result of being wanted on a warrant.
