Police found someone slumped in the drivers seat of a vehicle that was revving its engine in a parking lot.
WOODSTOCK - A Woodstock man has been charged in his hometown.
Last Friday at 6:00 a.m., Woodstock Police were called to a parking lot near Norwich Ave after reports of a vehicle revving its engine for a period of time. Officers located the vehicle and found someone slumped in the drivers seat.
As a result, the 54-year-old was arrested and charged with operation while impaired by alcohol and drugs. He was released on an undertaking with conditions.
