The Township of Zorra has appointed a new Director of Public Works.
ZORRA TOWNSHIP - The Township of Zorra has appointed a new Director of Public Works.
Steve Oliver has joined the Townships senior Management team on a full time basis. He had been serving as the Acting Director of Public Works since April of this year.
Zorra Township Mayor Marcus Ryan says they are happy to make this announcment.
"We are extremely pleased to be adding Steve to our senior management team. With close to 24 years’ experience with the Township, Steve has exhibited professionalism and technical expertise necessary to lead our Public Works Department.”
Mr. Oliver started as a part-time Public Works Crewperson in 1996 and was hired full-time in 2001. He was then appointed as Public Works Foreman in 2007.
