Paul Mitchell is looking to run as the Ward 3 Councillor again in Zorra.
ZORRA- The current Ward 3 Councillor is looking to run as Incumbent in Zorra.
Paul Mitchell is looking to throw his hat into the ring again, having experience on the board of directors of the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority, as a member of the Zorra Recreation Advisory Committee, and as a founding member of the Zorra Community Policing Committee as well.
"I enjoy when people come to us when they have specific things they want to do with their properties. Sometimes we can allow them to do things for minor variances and things like that. That allows them to develop new businesses or build buildings to improve properties."
He says he's looking forward to continuing his work, such as continuing to improve local infrastructure and repaving roadways.
"Our largest project has been the new municipal facility which is a new building, garage, sand and salt storage for our public works department."
Mitchell says he is really proud of his accomplishments over the past four years, and looking forward to continuing to reach and build upon those goals for the future.
