According to police, a man got out of his car while parked in the parking lot at Waterford Ponds on Tuesday morning and made some inappropriate comments to a 12-year-old boy who had been walking back to their car.
TOWNSEND - Norfolk County OPP investigated an incident at Waterford Ponds on Thompson Road West after a 12 year-old boy was approached by an adult.
According to police, a man got out of his car while parked in the parking lot on Tuesday morning and made some inappropriate comments to a 12-year-old boy who had been walking back to their car.
Police were called by the child's parent as the man approached other families in the area and gave the licence plate number the car that person was driving.
The individual was found after local authorities arrived on scene and investigating officers spoke to him.
