There are now 42,083 cases across the province after over 100 cases were reported for the third day in a row. No deaths were reported today and there are 38,126 resolved cases.
ONTARIO - There are 148 cases of COVID-19 reported today.
There are now 42,083 cases across the province. 5,935 of the cases are reported to be from residents living in long-term care homes while 2,637 of the cases are from healthcare workers associated with outbreaks at the long-term care homes.
There were no new deaths reported today and there are 38,126 resolved cases. As a result, the death toll across the province remains at 2,809. 1,814 of the deaths are reported to be from residents living in long-term care homes and eight are reported for healthcare workers in long-term care homes.
There are 2,916,275 tests completed so far and 29,491 are under investigation.
51 patients are currently hospitalized with COVID-19, 17 patients are in ICU and five of them in ICU are on a ventilator.
