NORFOLK COUNTY - An 18-year-old from Norfolk County has been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography.
The Norfolk OPP laid the charges on Monday in relation to an ongoing investigation that dates back to July 2022.
Police say the offenses happened when the suspect was only 17, so their identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
