A Classic Car Show for United Way

All of the proceeds raised at Toyota's classic car show will benefit United Way Oxford.

WOODSTOCK - Toyota is hosting a classic car show for the United Way of Oxford today.

The car show runs from 11 am to 2 pm and it costs $5 to show your car. Cathy Ward from Toyota tells Heart FM the event will feature all different makes and models.

"We are wanting all makes and models, all years, we've got cars coming in, we've got trucks, vans, bikes, it's going to be an amazing show, we have lot's of space for lot's of cars, so the more the merrier."

All of the money raised at this event will go towards the United Way of Oxford County. Shelley LaChappelle from the United Way tells Heart FM they really want to thank Toyota for putting on this event on every year.

"They do all of the hard work in actually planning and executing this car show and for us it is just a way to go out and say thank you. It is such an easy way to support the community and we are so fortunate that they choose our charity to receive the proceeds. I have actually had the pleasure of being at the car show and it is fabulous! For that $5 dollar entrance fee, you get a chance to win trophies, they have dash plaques and there are so many fun different activities happening inside the Toyota parking lot."
