A Revamped Woodstock Fair for 2026

It's a combination of new events and familiar favourites.

WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Agricultural Society is celebrating its 190th anniversary this year!

With that being said, the Woodstock Fair is going to be completely revamped with live music, fun contests, and a partnership with Rib Fest.

General Manager Sandra Brown says they're also excited to bring back the midway this year.

"We do have rides back with a different company, All Canadian Entertainment. We're really excited to be working with them because I think they're going to bring a lot of different rides for the kids whether they're old or young. It's going to be a great variety!"

The Agricultural Society had partnered with Campbells Amusements for the midway in previous years, but was unable to have a midway in 2025.

The lineup for this year's fair also includes the popular demo derby, tractor pull, 4H showings, exhibits in the auditorium and more! They will also have lots of vendors on site and some food trucks as well.

Brown says they need some volunteers to make sure the weekend goes smoothly.

"We're really looking forward to some help for the weekend, it's going to be August 21st, 22nd and 23rd. You can get your community service hours in if you're students, but we do need some adult volunteers as well. So go to woodstockfair.ca and you can put in your form to be a volunteer."

Admission to the fair is free and you can find more information online here.

Sandra Brown stopped by the Heart FM studio to chat with Dan and Marcie on Thursday, June 4th. You can listen to the full interview below:
