The Woodstock Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for its 27th annual Business Awards of Excellence.
WOODSTOCK - The annual Business Awards of Excellence is back for the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce.
On November 6th the awards will be handed out to local businesses. The night will begin at 6 p.m. at the Colombo Club of Oxford in Beachville. Chamber General Manager, Mike Crabbe says something special has opened for the public.
"We are launching our online voting, that is online for two weeks. You have until noon on November 4th to submit your votes for the 8 different categories that we have. There are three businesses nominated for each of the categories."
Crabbe mentions you will be able to get background on each of the nominated businesses before you cast your vote.
"You will see these videos online, so you can learn a bit about each of the businesses before you submit your vote, in case you are not familiar with them."
Crabbe says he wants the people of Woodstock to vote and ensure the businesses get the credit and recognition they deserve. You can purchase tickets to the event by visiting the Chamber of Commerce website.
