Jeremy Hansen's trip around the moon has been postponed to September 2025.
UNITED STATES - NASA has decided to postpone the Artemis-Two lunar flyby.
It was supposed to happen in November this year, but NASA says the trip around the moon will now take place in September 2025 due to technical issues with the Orion capsule.
Jeremy Hansen is one of the four astronauts on the mission. He was born in London and raised on a farm in Ailsa Craig, but he lived in Ingersoll during his high school years. This will be his first trip to space.
NASA also announced yesterday that the Artemis-Three mission has been postponed until September 2026. It will land astronauts on the moon for the first time in over 50 years.
