The legal troubles continue for Trevor Birtch as a Bench Warrant has been issued.
LONDON - A missed court appearance has Trevor Birtch in hot water.
The London Free Press reported a second mistrial last month regarding two assault charges and a charge of unlawful entry, which was in the Ontario Court of Justice. Birtch was supposed to be in court yesterday to set a retrial date for this matter with new counsel, as his former lawyer, James Battin, was disbarred.
As a result of missing the court appearance, a bench warrant has been served for Birtch.
