CAO/Clerk Rodger Mordue will retire at the end of the year and those interested in his job have until October 19th to apply.
BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM - The CAO/Clerk for Blandford-Blenheim is about to retire.
Rodger Mordue will retire at the end of the year. He was hired by the Township back in 2015 and also served as the CAO/Clerk in North Dumfries before that. He was no stranger to Blandford-Blenheim because has lived in the area his entire life and he also spent 14 years on Township Council.
The Township posted the CAO job ad on September 20th and applications are being accepted until October 19th. Once the next Chief Administrative Officer is hired, Mordue would like to show them the ropes during his final weeks with the Township.
