TILLSONBURG - Southwestern Public Health has issued a boil water advisory for parts of Tillsonburg.
It affects two areas of the town: east of Broadway to Tillson Ave and south of North Street East to Oxford Street.
Water sample results recently showed bacteria in the water. A resampling in scheduled, but officials say you should bring water to a rolling boil for at least one minute before using it for domestic purposes as a precaution.
This includes brushing your teeth, drinking, washing raw foods and making ice cubes, juice or baby formula.
