The City of Woodstock has released its list of closures for the Canada Day long weekend.
WOODSTOCK - The Canada Day long weekend is upon us, so the City of Woodstock is letting everyone know what services will be available.
The EnviroDepot will be closed for Canada Day tomorrow. You also won't find any Woodstock Transit buses on the road, but the service will resume on Monday.
There will be no curbside garbage and recycling collection on Monday, so the affected residents will have their waste picked up on Tuesday instead. Waste collection in other areas of Oxford County will not be affected by the long weekend.
Woodstock City Hall will be closed on Monday, as well as the Engineering and Public Works offices.
You won't be able to go swimming at the Southside Aquatic Centre tomorrow, but you will be able to cool off at the Spray and Play Wading Pool all weekend long from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.
The Cowan Park Sportsplex will be closed tomorrow and on Sunday, but it will reopen for summer camp programs on the holiday Monday.
The Woodstock Art Gallery, the Woodstock Museum, and the Woodstock Public Library will all be closed for Canada Day tomorrow. The library is scheduled to reopen on the holiday Monday, but the Art Gallery and the Museum will reopen on Tuesday.
