Canada Post employees are not on strike, but they can't work any overtime.
UPDATE (May 23rd @ 5:30 a.m.) - Canada Post employees are not on strike this morning, but the Canadian Union of Postal Workers has issued an overtime ban.
The announcement was made after a meeting last night, when the two sides were unable to reach a deal.
The union is still reviewing contract offers from Canada Post, and the Crown corporation is warning that this overtime ban could result in postal delays.

CANADA - It looks like Canada Post employees will be hitting the picket lines in less than 24 hours.
The Canadian Union of Postal Workers says the latest offer from Canada Post is disappointing. It says a number of areas fall short including wages and cost-of-living adjustments.
Canada Post has offered wage increases of a little more than 13 percent over four years, but the union is calling for 19 percent in order to catch up with years of inflation.
If a deal is not reached by midnight tonight, 55,000 postal workers will walk off the job tomorrow morning for their second strike in six months. The last one was during the busy holiday season in November and December and it lasted 32-days.
