A 26-year-old from Brant County is now facing a list of charges in relation to a fatal crash on Oakland Road back on February 11th.
BRANT COUNTY - Charges have been laid in relation to a fatal crash in Brant County earlier this year.
OPP Acting Sergeant Ed Sanchuk says two vehicles collided on Oakland Road back on February 11th this year.
"I'm sad to say that an individual suffered serious injuries and I'm also sad to say that a 12-year-old little girl was pronounced deceased at the hospital by attending physicians.
Sanchuk says they arrested their suspect on April 11th.
"Police charged a 26-year-old of Brant County, Ontario with the following offences; operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration 80 plus, operation causing death, operation causing bodily harm, dangerous operation causing death and dangerous operation causing bodily harm."
Sanchuk did not release the suspect's name, but he did say they will appear at the Brantford Court House at a later date to answer to the charges.
