A list of closures and cancellations for Wednesday January 7, 2015.
OXFORD COUNTY - A blast of winter weather has caused some local cancellations and closures for Wednesday January 7th.
All buses in Oxford County have been cancelled for the day which has caused the closures of East Oxford and Zorra Highland Public Schools. A number of other schools outside of Oxford County have been cancelled - parents are encouraged to check their local school board website to ensure that their children's school is open.
Woodstock Christian School and Life Christian Academy are both closed for the day.
Parent Information night at John Paul ll Catholic Secondary School, scheduled for tonight, has been postponed because of the weather. New date is January 13th at 7 pm.
All Oxford Elgin Child & Youth Centre offices will also be closed for Wednesday.
The Mother Goose program in Tillsonburg has been cancelled.
Oxford Public Health's "Ask a Nurse" Clinic scheduled today at the Livingston Centre in Tillsonburg is cancelled. The next clinic is scheduled for January 14th.
Also, the MOMS (Moms Offering Moms Support) meeting scheduled for today at YMCA is cancelled and will run as scheduled next Wednesday afternoon. Call Health Matters at 519-539-9800 if you have questions.
