They will be handing out winter coats, boots, snow pants, hats and mitts at the College Avenue United Church today and tomorrow.
WOODSTOCK - Operation Sharing's Coats for Kids and Adults will start distributing Winter clothing today.
Anyone can stop by the College Avenue United Church from 9 am to 8 pm today to get some winter wear and again tomorrow from 9 am to 1 p.m.
Co-Coordinator Kathy Stephenson says they really hope to see people come out today and take advantage of all these items.
"So we encourage people if they have need to please come out, either Friday or Saturday because we would love to see them."
They have hundreds of brand new and gently used coats, boots, hats and mitts available for every member of the family and all sizes are available.
Co-coordinator Marilyn Schmiddl says the donations from the community have been remarkable this year.
"This year is over the top, it's well over 700, plus what was donated at the door."
She wanted to give a special thanks to KidsDu and the Woodstock Triathlon Club who donated over $1,000 worth of new winter boots.
