It's been a tough year for ski hill operators in southern Ontario. But it's unclear if that's part of the reason for Cobble Hills being put up for sale. The all-season rec facility, north of Thamesford, has been listed on the open market this week for an asking price of 2.35-million dollars. It features a ski hill and snow tube park, along with a par-70 golf course. The property also has a near 10-thousand square foot chalet building, three storage houses for equipment, and a 3100-square foot residence. The current owner, Dave Gurd has owned Cobble Hills since 1990. He's been unavailable for comment. Cobble Hills has been in existence since 1963.
