The OPP and MTO issued twelve provincial offence notices during the latest round of commercial vehicle inspections.
The latest round of OPP and MTO commercial vehicle inspections took two vehicles off the road.
The Brant OPP were checking vehicles along Highway 24 on Saturday, October 22nd. During the one day initiative twelve commercial vehicles were checked, and twelve provincial offence notices were issued for charges including driving with a major defect, operating a commercial vehicle without the proper class of licence and operating an overweight vehicle.
Two vehicles were taken out of service until repairs could be made.
