Members of Brant and Haldimand County OPP inspected 30 commercial vehicles on Highway 24 on Monday May 15th and Tuesday May 16th.
Brant and Haldimand County OPP teamed up for a commercial vehicle inspection on Highway 24.
OPP checked 30 vehicles on Monday and Tuesday; 12 of which were taken out of service until repairs were made.
Officers also issued 15 tickets for charges including speeding, no commercial vehicle operating register, permit vehicle being driven with an improper license, permit vehicle being driven overweight, the entire licence plate not being visible, failing to supply the driver with a daily inspection schedule, failing to surrender a daily inspection report and no yearly inspection.
