Police say the 64 year old man from Cathcart had booze and weed readily available when he went into the ditch on Sunday, just after midnight.
CATHCART - A 65 year old man from Cathcart has been charged with impaired driving after going into the ditch on Highway 53 at Towerline Road in Norwich Township.
Police say the crash happened on Sunday, just after midnight. The driver was not injured. Police say the man had liquor and cannabis readily available and was impaired
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on a later date.
