Sixteen teams will face off in this year's Curl for Safety Charity Bonspiel on Saturday February 25th. All of the proceeds will be going to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County.
WOODSTOCK - Mazur Safety Inc. is gearing up for the Curl for Safety Charity Bonspiel.
On Saturday February 25th, 16 teams from around Oxford County will compete in a friendly game of curling. The evening will also include lunch and dinner as well as a cash bar. All proceeds and funds raised for the event will go back to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County.
During an interview with the Heart FM morning show, President of Mazur Safety Inc. Wes Mazur confirmed the rumours of Woodstock's curling superstar making an appearance at the local event.
"We can confirm that Woodstock's own Rachelle Strybosch is going to be there with her bestie in curling Tess Guyatt. There is a good chance we will see the rest of Team Duncan there as well."
All of the team spots are now full. If you looking to buy raffle tickets or to find more information on Play For Kids' Sake fundraisers, visit the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oxford County website here.
