Woodstock and District Developmental Services is hosting a charity bonspiel as part of their ongoing fundraising.
WOODSTOCK - A special charity bonspiel will be supporting Woodstock and District Developmental Services.
16 teams will be hitting the ice for a day of curling at the Woodstock Curling Club on Friday, December 2nd.
Community Development Coordinator with WDDS Deb Roloson says this is part of their ongoing fundraising.
"We are raising money still for our expansion campaign - our lovely addition that's happened out on Bysham Park Drive out there and some of the retrofit."
Roloson invites everyone from newbies to veteran curlers.
"The day entails two ends of curling, prizes for everybody, a nice lunch, Boston Pizza sponsors the supper, so it's a really nice social day."
The cost is $200 for a team, or $50 for an individual.
