SWPH confirmed 21 new cases this morning as 11 people sit in the hospital with COVID-19 in our region, including 5 in the ICU.
OXFORD/ST.THOMAS/ELGIN - Daily case numbers continue to climb in the Southwester Public Health region.
Today the Health Unit confirmed another 21 new cases of COVID-19 and 16 resolved cases.

Eleven people are currently being treated for the virus in hospital, including five people in the ICU.
The Health Unit says 86.7 percent of eligible residents have received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 83.7 percent have been fully vaccinated.
