A detour will be in place for Woodstock Transit bus route 5 over the next week. This is due to the road construction on Pattullo Ave.
WOODSTOCK - A detour is now in effect for Woodstock Transit bus route 5.
The route has been adjusted due to the road construction on Pattullo Ave, west of Jack Ross Ave.
Starting today the southeast bus will go south on Jack Ross Ave, turn around at the Kerry plant, backtrack north on Jack Ross Ave, and take a left on Ridgeway Road before turning right on Pattullo Ave and resuming its regular route.
The bus stop outside Leeds Transit on Pattullo Ave will be closed during the detour. The City also won't be setting up any temporary stops, so those who take the bus will have to get on at the next stop outside Hino Motors on Ridgeway Road.
The detour is expected to be lifted on Friday April 1st.
