Norfolk OPP say a man threatened someone who told him to clean up dog feces in Memorial Park.
DELHI - Norfolk OPP are investigating after someone was threatened in Memorial Park in Delhi.
A resident spotted a woman walking a husky Tuesday morning and say she failed to pick up its feces afterwards.
They spotted a man walking a husky not too long afterwards, so they offered him a bag to clean up the mess.
That's when the dark haired male allegedly threatened the victim and walked away.
