STRATFORD - A 25 year old from Stratford is accused of breaking into a home to sexually assault and assault their victim.
The incident happened on March 19 in North Perth. The people involved knew each other. Police say the accused broke into the home and sexually assaulted and assaulted the victim. the victim was not injured.
The 25 year old was charged with break and enter, assault, assault-spousal, domestic mischief and theft under $5,000.
Police did not release the 25 year old's name.
