A 49-year-old from Norfolk County is facing several charges.
WATERFORD - A 49-year-old is facing a list of charges after he was pulled over on Concession 6 Townsend, just outside of Waterford.
The Norfolk OPP conducted a roadside sobriety test Monday evening and charged him with operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration over 80. He was also charged with dangerous operation, driving a vehicle without a licence, failure to surrender insurance, driving a vehicle without a permit, and using plates not authorized for a vehicle.
He has a court date in Simcoe next month.
