Two drivers have been charged following two incidents in Brant County last night
BRANT COUNTY - Brant County OPP have charged 2 drivers at 2 different locations following erratic driving complaints.
At 11pm last night OPP performed a traffic stop on a 66 year old Norfolk County woman operating a Jeep Liberty on Highway #53 near Highway #24. After refusing to provide a breath sample she was charged and arrested.
That same evening 30 minutes later Brant OPP performed another traffic stop on Highway #53 near the West Quarter Town Line Road on the driver of a Chevrolet Uplander. The 54 year old Woodstock resident was found to be driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood.
Both involved will appear in a courtroom at a later date to answer to their charges.
