The former workers of Electro Motive in London will vote on a severance deal on Thursday. The framework for an agreement has finally been hammered out, after meetings between the CAW and Caterpillar over the weekend. The vote will take place at the Marconi Club in London. Details on the package won't be released until it's tabled to the membership of CAW Local 27. The 465 workers were locked out of their plant on January 1st. Caterpillar announced the closure of the plant on February 3rd.
