An emergency road closure remains in place at the railway crossing on Norwich Avenue and Wilson Street this morning. Both north and southbound lanes are closed due to a broken crossing arm that was hit by a driver overnight. Woodstock Police Staff Sgt. Sweezey says Canadian National Railway advises the crossing will remain closed until at least 2 o'clock this afternoon, then at that point, city crews will move in and remove any build up of snow, so you can expect delays in that area. Again, that's the Wilson street railway crossing closed in both directions until 2pm. A CN Representative has been called in to assess the damage.
