The Tillsonburg Fair will officially get underway at 4:00 p.m. tomorrow and it will end at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.
TILLSONBURG - It's that time of the year again!
The Tillsonburg Fair will takeover Memorial Park tomorrow, Saturday, and on Sunday.
They have lots of fun events lined up this year, including the baby show on Saturday, the demolition derby on Sunday, and the midway through Magical Midways.
Fair President Rosemary Dean says they're also bringing back the Special Olympics vs. First Responders Basketball Tournament.
"We welcome people to come out and cheer on our Special Olympics people, our first responders, or both. If you are a first responder and you have time to come on out, we welcome to you come and enjoy that event. It starts at 6:30 p.m. on Friday August 18th."
The fair lineup also includes the Oddities and Antiques Museum, performances from the FMX Freestyle Motocross Tour, professional hoola-hoop performances from Bex in Motion, and more.
Dean gives us the price rundown for those who are interested in attending.
"To get in it's $8 per person and children under 5 are free. At the present time we do still have some ride all-day passes that you can purchase for $25 because the midway (Magical Midways) is giving a deal. During the fair time, those same bracelets will be $35."
Please note the ride all-day passes have since sold out, but Dean says you will be able to purchase ride tickets for $2 each.
The fair will be open from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. tomorrow, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday. The midway will open at 11:00 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
